SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES


Standard Domestic Shipping: Takes 3 to 5 business days. The cost is a flat rate of $9.00USD

International Shipping: We ship to most International countries. Shipping cost options are shown at time of checkout

** International orders may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes (including VAT), which are added once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these extra fees. The Buyer is responsible for any Duty, Import Taxes or Handling Fees associated with the purchase 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Delivered but not received: If the carrier tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property, ask neighbors, or contact your shipping carrier first (UPS)

Stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered" at the correct address

Stuck in transit: If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, email us at: hello@toutlemondela.com so we can open a formal claim with the shipping carrier

Incorrect address: If a package is sent back to us because of a wrong address typed at checkout, you will need to pay a reshipping fee or accept a refund minus shipping costs
